renting this room per short term...., flat is 100 sq mts, the flat has everything needed kitchen also. you can visit the flat to get a better idea. u will be sharing with another flatmate only. who works almost everyday. the room is quiet and the are has supermarkets and stores, dentist doctors etc. restaurants bu no clubs so is a quite sector* Turmstrasse, close to Haupbahnhof.

it should be a quite fast process as im working the whole week and i would like to set everything as soon as possible.

the room is big for one person common spaces are normal but with everything needed to cook clean etc... we normally work the whole day and see eachother during the afternoon or weekends. but at the same time everyone has its own stuff going on.
but certainly we dont mind having a nice chat with a beer included :)
2 people in the flat both working we are very social, but at the same time we both work.
but we have time to play ping pong when the weather is cool in one of the many tables close to the flat. with a nice beer in hand. but we also respect everyones privacy
the location of the flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to many things...pharmacies... supermasrkets...turkisch markets... markthalle, close to the Ubahn U9 and beusselstrasse Sbahn , pluses buses and Tram direct to HBF. parks and the plotzensee minutes walking, also minutes walking to main attractions and zoo per ubahn in 2 stops
