My room is pretty big and fully furnished at least until I move out.
It's all well decorated, colorful with a lot of plants that will need some water.
Only bad points, despite the pretty big window, it's facing north so it's currently pretty dark during the afternoon and it's above a pretty big avenue with the tram. I got used to it pretty fast though.
I have a double bed, a small desk, a chilling area, and a big wardrobe and storage that will be half empty for you.
The heating is in the floor and you can control it in each room individually, it's great!
The rest of the apartment is pretty crazy especially for Berlin, there is a huge living room with an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bathtub), a second living room where I created my working space, and a rooftop. We also have a fireplace, a piano, and a Jacuzzi on the roof. Yep, fancy AF.
The flat is at the crossing Danziger Strasse/ Greisswalder strasse. You have two tram lines right at the corner and the S-bahn with the ring 7min walking.
A little supermarket is right downstairs and you can find anything you need at a short distance.
I live with 3 girls, Constanze, 29, is German, she's a doctor and is the one renting the flat so she can make you a contract for anmeldung if you need it.
Stella, 20, is Swedish and works in a call center, she speaks Swedish, English and only a little bit German.
Alexandra, 28, is Colombian, she speaks German, Spanish, and English, She's an architect and works from home currently, at the dining table which is why I created a second working space in the other living room so we can have our space.
They're all very sweet human beings, we have dinner together from time to time and the rest of the time we're mostly living our lives with just small talks here and there. Balance is easy to find, they're all very easy going.
I'll leave the flat on the 28th of December and will most probably be back sometime between mid and end of March. Let me know your needs, I am flexible and can stay with my partner in case I'm back before you want to leave.
I also want to move out from Berlin and the next months will tell me more about when this will happen. There is a pretty big probability that I move out in April then my room would be free for long term and I would remove my furniture.
