The room offers you a very quiet and relaxing sleep as even with the vivid location we are in the backyard and the feeling is like you are outside of the city, a very nice atmosphere.
The flat is totally newly renovated in a charming well maintained old building, it has a balcony, a bathtub, and an underfloor heating system in the bathroom.
According to the law, the rental is registered with the number 02/Z/AZ/015440-22
Located between Hasenheide Park and Landwehr Canal, you will live surrounded by nature. There are also all the shops you need like Bio-Company, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Galleria Karstadt, Bauhaus, Conrad, and Aldi just crossing the street, as well as the park. We have public transport U8/U7 just at the corner in 2 min. walk distance.
Surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, art and culture, international people, and co-working places. We are close to Weserstraße with a lot of second-hand shops, pubs, and restaurants
