Ich biete ein riesiges Zimmer, ca. 35 m2, in meiner sehr gepflegten 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wegen Auslandsaufenthalts zur Untermiete an eine Einzelperson. Da ich berufsbedingt für längere Zeit örtlich abwesend bin, steht die Wohnung dem Untermieter oft lange alleine zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau in sehr guter und zentraler Lage in Berlin-Wilmersdorf (1. Etage, Seitenflügel) und verfügt über das typische Altbau-Flair mit hohen Decken und Stuck. Die Wohnung hat zudem eine große (Wohn-)Küche, ein Badezimmer und einen Flur. Alles ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Bettwäsche und Geschirr. Ein Bett kann noch zur Verfügung gestellt werden und ist daher auf dem Foto noch nicht zu sehen.
Die U-Bahn (U2 und U3) liegt direkt vor der Tür, mehrere Buslinien sind in nur ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Während der Zeit der Untervermietung ist keine Wohnsitz-Anmeldung möglich. Es besteht evtl. die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung später ganz zu übernehmen.

The apartment is in a renovated old building in a very good and central location in Berlin-Wilmersdorf (1st floor, side wing) and has the typical old building flair with high ceilings and stucco. The apartment has a very large living room, a bedroom, a (eat-in) kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.
The subway (U2 and U3) is right outside the door, and several bus lines are just a 3-minute walk away.
During the period of subletting, no residence registration is possible. It may be possible to take over the apartment completely at a later date.
