Your future room has high ceilings, a typical Altbau wooden floor, is roughly 24 sqm of size and has a small wintergarden. The room is fully furnished, so you wont need to take care of that :)
The appartement is five minutes from s-bahn Station halensee at the end of Kudamm. So eventhough its not the City Center the ringbahn is right there to take you where you want to go.
Including you, there will be three people living together in the appartement. I'm currently in Indonesia for my masterthesis and meanwhile my room is available.
Living with you will be:
Charline (29) from France. She works full-time in HR. When she's not working, you can find her doing sports, experimenting with vegetarian recipes, or catching up with friends. At home, at times she likes her private time but she is also keen on shared meals, watching some Netflix, or just unwinding on the balcony with a beer after a long day.
Tapan(27) Indian, working as a project developer for energy projects. He likes to do bouldering and play billiards from time to time. He is cooking Indian food from time to time and likes to share with everyone. Sometimes he is a couch potato and sometimes he is an energetic canon ball.
Sorry for not getting too much into personal details in this add, but since it's out there to see for everybody I think the rest would be nicer to find out in person :)
Despite both of them having a full work week, they would both enjoy finding a new roommate who feel a nice chemistry with and would like to share some nice evenings with if time allows for it.
We are looking for someone who wants to take the room from the 01.11. the room is available until the End of January.
Due to normal working hours and a bit complicated neighbours this appartment is not suited for parties or too many guests at once. But be sure you can have your fun with the two while exploring Berlin. They are certainly among the things I miss most from home.
