Sonniges und Gemütliches Zimmer in 2er WG

ich bin Viv und ich ziehe zum 01. August aus dieser schönen und gemütlichen WG aus. Ab da wäre das Zimmer dann auch available. Die Zille hat mich 2 und halb Jahre begleitet und bietet eine schöne und gemütliche Küche, einen Balkon, einen Keller, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf Minimaldistanz und eine einwandfreie Verkehrsanbindung (U2, U7, S-Charlottenburg). Das Zimmer befindet sich im Herzen Charlottenburgs, direkt an der Deutschen Oper und ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar sind der Lietzensee und die Spree.
Niklas dein potenzieller Mitbewohner ist eine coole Socke. Er studiert Musik- und Eventmanagement im 4.Semester und beschäftigt sich gerne mit Fußball. In der Wg herrscht ein offener Ausstausch und gleichzeitig werden gegenseitige Freiräume respektiert. Ob gemütlich ein Bier zischen oder auf nette Abende was unternehmen, das ist alles möglich. In der WG gibt es keinen Putzplan zumeist funktioniert alles über offene Kommunikation.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Tisch, potenziell einem Hochbett (müsste man bei der Vermietung anfragen) und eventuell einem Schrank (auch auf Anfrage). Das Zimmer befindet sich zur Sonnenseite, d.h. es ist hell plus ein wunderschöner brachialer Baum lächelt einen vor dem Fenster an. Hello (:,

I'm Viv and I will move away from this beautiful and cozy shared apartment, on the first of August. From then on the room would be available. The Zille has accompanied me 2 and a half years and offers a nice and cozy kitchen, a balcony, a basement, various shopping facilities at minimal distance and a perfect transport connection (U2, U7, S-Charlottenburg). The room is located in the heart of Charlottenburg, right next to the Deutsche Oper and also within walking distance are the Lietzensee and the Spree.
Niklas your potential roommate is a cool sock. He studies music and event management in the 4th semester and likes to play soccer. In the shared flat there is an open exchange and at the same time mutual freedom is respected. Whether it's sipping some beer on the balcony or a nice evening out, it's all possible. In the WG there is no cleaning schedule, mainly everything works through open communication.
The room is equipped with a desk, potentially a loft bed (would have to ask the landlords*ladys) and possibly a wardrobe (also on request). The room is on the sunny side, meaning it's bright plus a beautiful brute tree smiles at you outside of the window.
