I am Phani. I am renting one of the rooms in a 3 room apartment from 1-May-2023 until 30-September. The contract might entend upto 2 more months based on situation.

The rented room is the largest among 3 rooms, around 18sqms, in a 2er apartment. The room will be furnished with a bed, table, chair and wardobe. The kitchen and washroom are shared. The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen, fridge, and washing machine.
Location:
The apartment is located in a quiet and residential place in Schöneberg. It's 5 mins walk from S-bahn Friedenau (S1) and also a bus stop opposite to the apartment (bus : 246, 187, 143). With S bahn, one can reach Berlin center in 15 mins. There various restaurants, clinics, cafés within 2-mins reach and Edeka supermarket is right across the street.
I am looking for someone who keeps the apartment clean and also preferably who works from office. No pets and no smoking inside the room.
