The room is about 23m2 partly furnished and faces the quiet street. It also includes a cozy balcony.

All of the three rooms in the flat are of a similar size and the landlord might want to make it a 4er WG in the near future - therefore there might be a swap of the rooms because of the layout of the flat, making space for a couple.

It is a 4-room flat, with one huge room (approx. 30 m2) used as a living room. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.

The rent is 550 Euro + electricity, internet, GEZ. The tenancy agreement is initially for one year, but might be extended. Each tenant has a separate contract with the landlord.

The flat-share is located near Walter-Schreiber Platz and is perfectly connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn and also buses.

Schlosstrasse is also very close and you can find everything you want there.

Grunewald is also close by.

We are a quiet and clean community.
