Hello, I'm Tam and I'm looking for a new longterm flatmate :) Moving in time is flexible around end January or start February.
Since the contract will be made with Studierendenwerk (student institute) with Anmeldung, you must be enrolled in a Berlin University full-time. The necessary documents are an ID/pass and the enrollment document.
Please be aware that the contract is only valid as long as you study.The rent costs already include internet, water and heat.
*About the flat:
The apartment is in the 7th floor (with an elevator). We have a small kitchen ( enough space for 2-3 people to sit) with the common electronics and basics needs; a corridor with enough space to put some of your stuff if necessary and a bathroom with shower. We have our own washing machine (rare thing for dorms!) but as I split the costs with my roommate to buy it, she would like to have 50 euro for her part.
We'd split the GEZ costs (German mandatory Tv taxes) which is 9,18Euro monthly per person. Having a rotating weekly cleaning plan is important.
The area is rather quiet, but well connected. We have bus lines nearby as well as the U5 at Tierpark where there are several shopping options (as well as others even closer by). With the U5 you can arrive quite quickly at Samariterstraße for bars, it's also a direct connection to Alexanderplatz and Unter den Linden. We also have a cute student study café right closeby, where games nights also take place :)
* About me:
I am 29 years old, born in Brazil, studying English & media communication at Freie Universität. Art, literature and cooking are my main interests. I'm rather quiet and an introvert and I work partly from home (quiet desk job).
I would also prefer to have an equally quiet and respectful flatmate. I also enjoy casual activities/chatting together sometimes as long as personal spaces are respected :)
