Big and sunny 25 qm room. It has high ceiling, wooden floor and a south side balcony. The balcony is shared with the neighbouring room.
The room is partially furnished.
We use this room as our office and would make space for a bed/ matress. which you have to bring/ organize!
there will be a desk, sofa and rack for clothes etc.
The room is very quiet and great for sleep.
Comfortable bathroom with washing-machine.
The kitchen is big and fully equipped.
We are leaving for two months to visit family abroad and we would like to find a trustworthy, respectful and easy going person.
You will stay sharing the apartment with another person, renting the second room.
We don´t smoke or cook meat in the house, and we clean one week each.
We would like to choose someone who is calm, respectful, clean and tidy.
That likes plants and it would be an extra if would like to take care of the plants that are in the room.
We are looking for a person that is reliable and responsible with the general care of the house and things in the house.
Anmeldung is possible for this period of 2 months.

We don´t provide sheets, towels etc.

and 8 minutes walking to U Samariterstrasse station in Frankfurter Allee.
