Boxikiez - Schönes Altbauzimmer zur Untermiete

Hallo liebe Suchenden,
ich werde für einen Monat im Ausland sein und vermiete daher mein schönes & gemütliches Zimmer im Boxikiez unter. Das Zimmer liegt im Hochparterre und hat, unter anderem, direkten Zugang zum Balkon, ein 1,60m-großes Bett, eine Musikanlage, ein kleines Sofa, einen Beamer und eine Kleiderstange für ein paar Kleidungsstücke und ist damit perfekt für Menschen, die Berlin für ein paar Wochen besuchen möchten, gerade auf der Durchreise sind und zentral gelegen übernachten und wohnen möchten.

LAGE:
Das Zimmer liegt in einer hübschen Einbahnstraße und ist damit, obwohl mitten im Trubel, sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit der fußläufigen Nähe zum Boxhangener Platz sind viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Trinken und Ausgehen geboten. Ihr seid in circa 6 Gehminuten am S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz und damit perfekt angebunden, sowohl innerhalb der Stadt, als auch zum Fernverkehr.

WG-LEBEN:
Mit euch zusammen wohnen Eric und Sebastian (26 und 28), beide berufstätig im sozialen und handwerklichen Bereich. Sie sind freundlich und aufgeschlossen und geben euch bestimmt gerne einen Tipp für euren nächsten Ausflug in der Stadt :) auch wenn in dieser WG sicher keine heiligen Leben, handelt es sich auch nicht um eine Party-WG. Die beiden arbeiten unter der Woche und es sollte deshalb auch eine angepasste Lautstärke herrschen ab gewissen Uhrzeiten.

Bitte beachtet, dass ich durch meine nur kurze Abwesenheit natürlich nicht mein gesamtes Zimmer räume und Dinge wie Bücher, Kleidung oder anderer Kleinkram im Zimmer bleiben werden. Wie gesagt, räume ich euch aber eine Kleiderstange frei und auch sonst ist viel Platz um euch auszubreiten :) Wegen der Kurzfristigkeit des Angebots, können wir gerne darüber sprechen, einen späteren Einzug zu organisieren bzw. das Zimmer nur einen Teil der Zeit anzumieten. Kommt gerne auf mich zu :)

Hello dear seekers,
I will be abroad for a month and am therefore subletting my nice & cosy room in Boxikiez. The room is located on the mezzanine floor and has, among other things, direct access to the balcony, a 1.60m bed, a music system, a small sofa, a projector and a clothes rail for a few items of clothing and is therefore perfect for people who want to visit Berlin for a few weeks, are just passing through and want to stay and live in a central location.

LOCATION:
The room is located in a pretty one-way street and is therefore very quiet, despite being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. With Boxhagener Platz within walking distance, there are plenty of options for eating, drinking and going out. You can reach Ostkreuz S-Bahn station in around 6 minutes on foot and are therefore perfectly connected, both within the city and to long-distance transport.

WG LIFE:
Eric and Sebastian (26 and 28), both working in the social and craft sector, live with you. They are friendly and open-minded and will be happy to give you tips for your next trip to the city :) Even though this flat share is certainly not a holy life, it is not a party flat share either. The two of them work during the week and there should therefore be an appropriate volume from certain times of the day.

Please note that due to my short absence I will not be clearing out my entire room and things like books, clothes or other small items will remain in the room. As I said, I will clear a clothes rail for you and there is plenty of space to spread out :) Due to the short-term nature of the offer, we can talk about organising a later move-in or only renting the room for part of the time.
