THE ROOM:

Single room available in three bedroom ground-floor apartment starting now.
The room is fully furnished and has a nice cozy size.The room are about 15 m2 and faces a quiet backyard.

THE FLAT:


The apartment is fully furnished and has wireless internet.
Fully equiped kitchen, shower, bathroom ... all that stuff.
There are quit some instruments and production technology in the
place, So it`s good to have some relationship to that.

This is a legal sublet;, so registration is possible.

ME

. I also live there, as I have my office for a stage-and media production company. I run
live events and concerts in the NHow Hotel for Universal Music and
otheres:T

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Subway,the "S-Bahn"(commuter railroad), and a tram(streetcar) - line right on the corner, as you can see on the map. There's a park (Traveplatz) just down the street, where you can hang in the sun or play Ping-Pong (4 tables) , basketball, soccer (in extra fields) or whatever. There are 5 major grocery chains (LIDL, ALDI, KAISERS,EDEKA & REAL) in walking distance , plus a BIO stores as well. There even a lake ( Rummelsburger Bucht) not too far. 



Friedrichshain, which is the district of Berlin, the place belongs to, on of THE happening areas to be in Berlin. There's a lot going on, and tones of young people live there. - a major evolving and creative surrounding. 
"S-Bahn" (commuter railroad) , subway and the tram to Warschauer Strasse ( the gate to Kreuzberg) are right around the corner, as you can see on the location map. Boxhagener Place and Simon Dach Strasse are all in walking distance. 


There's "Traveplatz" just down the street. , a small park, just a block down, where you can hang in the sun, or play pingpong (4 tables) soccer , basketball and else. "Rummelburger Bucht" , a creek of the Spree River, is also close , if you want to see more water or go for a run in the morning.
