Hello everyone!
We are looking for a new friend to share our beautiful flat with. The flat is very sunny (yeah everybody says that, but here its just really true and something to mention), very big and the best of it all it has a huge garden only for the WG.
It is around the corner from Ring Center/ S/U Frankfurter Allee. As u can see on the pictures most part of the flat is newly renovated. The kitchen also has a table to eat or work, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen stuff, dishes, basically everything u need for a good start. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The garden is really a highlight and beautiful in summer!
All rooms are sunny, with a view to the garden and furnished.
The rent is all inclusive (everything furnished, incl. green power, heating, internet and basic service costs.)
Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.
Please ask ur Berlin friends, everyone new in Berlin wants to live here, first choice. Public transportation almost in front of the house. Also the best burger place brgrs brgrs is in the house. The flat is situated in Friedrichshain, the most vivid districts in Berlin around the corner from Ring Center and S/U Frankfurter Allee. There is a big shopping center with all u can think of (hm, dm, rossmann etc) and a fitness studio as well. Many bars where young professionals from all nationalities like to hang out are in this area. Of course supermarkets, Späti etc. is around the corner.
Hello we are Pauline, Maria, Patriciia and Izzie.
Pauline is french and she is 28 years old. She's an HR officer and she likes to travel, to discover new things. She likes go to see concerts in live and to visit museum.
Maria is 23 and Colombian. She is a sales development representative and holds a bachelor in business. She likes gym, cooking and of course meeting friends.
Patricia, 19 years old, comes from Latvia studying for a bachelor in Creative Industries Management. In her free time she does photography and likes going to concerts:) she’s friendly and always up for a chat
Izzie is English, 21 years old and studying her masters in international security. In her free time she likes cooking, trying out new cafes and going to the park.
We wanna find flatmates, who can have fun together, wanna inspire each other and love to act respectfully.
The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, therefore we are looking for someone who wannts to stay longterm (def more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
No boring person but also no party-all-the-time.
Preferably a working person so everyone has the same work life balance.
