I am looking for a tidy, reliable and responsible person or couple to rent this big room in a convenient location in Friedrichshain, from 6 January 2018 to 6 April 2018. The end date is flexible. You can stay a bit longer if you'd like.
The room is fully furnished with a kingsized bed with mattress, a sofa bed and closet, Wi-Fi (50Mbps), washing machine, big fridge, and cooking equipment/utensil that you need. Towels and linens are provided. The room is located on the 2nd floor of a maisonette. The big balcony is exclusive for you. The bathroom is just next to your room. There is another toilet on the ground floor of the maisonette which is used by the other two flatmates. You will have a lot of privacy because there is not other flatmate on the same floor.
Please message me with an introduction about you. I'll be making appointments for viewing the flat between 14th to 20th December. I will inform you the result by December 22nd.

You will stay in a quiet and decent room while a lively neighbourhood is easily accessible.
Wonderful location for shopping and dinning. The Ring Center (shopping center) can be reached within 8 minutes walk. Nice cafes, bars and restaurants
can be found in Simon-Dach-Kiez which is within walkable distance.
It is in a convenient area in Friedrichshain. 1 minute walk to the train station U-Samariterstraße and 8 minutes walk to the S/U train station Frankfuter Allee and Ring Center. You can reach the Alexanderplatz by tram within 10 minutes.

The flatmate is two Asian girls, one is an architect and the other one is a theatre producer. You will have a lot of interaction with us when you are in the living room and kitchen. We are friendly and love cooking a lot.
We love meeting new people and sharing food but we also need quiet moments so we do not prefer party at our place. Your friends are welcome to be your guests and stay overnight for one or two nights. If he/she would love to stay for more than 2 nights, a small fee may apply because of the consumption of water and electricity.
We use renewable energy in this apartment. We hope our guests can keep a reasonable consumption of energy as we do.
