A spacious, beautiful, furnished room in a lovely 3-room flat in Friedrichshain, next to Frankfurter Allee U- and S-Bahn. The flat is located in a quiet side street, a few steps from Traveplatz park. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, a monitor, chest of drawers, clothes hanger, bookshelves, and a sofa bed.
We are looking for a tidy, quiet person over 30 (female or female-identifying), who likes dogs.
About us: we are a married couple in their late 30s and 40s with a very friendly labrador dog. We work from home and love tidiness. We will keep the bedroom and the living room/office (with an entrance to the garden).
Shared spaces will be a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom (new Miele appliances, DeLonghi coffee machine, KitchenAid, etc). The Garden can also be accessed via the backyard.
When one enters the flat, the room is directly on the left. Further to the left is our bedroom. On the right side of the hallway, there is first the kitchen, the bathroom, and our living room/office.
The price includes all fees as well as high-speed internet.
You can do Anmeldung at the apartment. We are initially looking for somebody for a short-term (few months) to see how it goes, with the possibility of extending.
