Zimmer in schöner 3er-WG in FHain

Unser Haus liegt in der Finowstraße in Friedrichshain. Wenn Du mich fragst, ist das die ideale Distanz vom Boxi, um einerseits sehr nah an Restaurants, Bars, Nachtleben etc. zu sein (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß) und andererseits nicht mitten im Lärm der Partymeile zu wohnen. So ist das Viertel zum einen recht ruhig, bietet aber auch sehr viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen. Mein persönlicher Tipp ist das Hermann Schulz direkt um die Ecke – super entspanntes und freundliches Café.

Neben Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Edeka 3 Minuten; Lidl 9 Minuten; DM 7 Minuten) und natürlich genügend Spätis (direkt an der Ecke). Was ÖPNV betrifft, bist Du in 5-6 Minuten an der Samariterstraße (U5), die von dort aus ca. 15 Minuten am Hbf braucht, zur Ringbahn an der Station Frankfurter Allee läuft man ca. 8 Minuten.

Our house is located on Finowstraße in Friedrichshain. If you ask me, this is the ideal distance from the Boxi, as you are very close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc. (5-10 minutes walk) but don't live in the middle of the noise of the party mile. As a result, the neighborhood is at the same time rather quiet, but also offers a lot to discover and do. My personal tip is the Hermann Schulz just around the corner - super relaxed and friendly café

In addition to nightlife, there are also numerous shopping opportunities nearby (Edeka 3 minutes; Lidl 9 minutes; DM 7 minutes) and of course enough Spätis (directly on the corner). As far as public transport is concerned, you can reach the Samariterstraße (U5) in 5-6 minutes, which will then take you to main station in about 15 minutes. The Ringbahn at Frankfurter Allee station also is only about an 8-minute walk away.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Linus und ich (Maren). Linus ist der Untermieter von Johannes, der aber noch bis Ende des Jahres in der Schweiz ist. Wir sind sehr nette und entspannte Mitbewohner, mit denen das Zusammenleben sehr flexibel ist. Ich arbeiten unter der Woche im Datenmanagement (teilweise auch im Homeoffice) und Linus ist nach seinem Masterabschluss in VWL auf Jobsuche. Ich habe ein Interesse daran zumindest ab und zu gemeinsam etwas zu machen und nicht nur aneinander vorbeizuleben. Für ein Getränk und Gespräch in der Küche/Wohnzimmer sind wir immer zu haben. Ansonsten unternehmen wir je nach Zeit auch gerne gemeinsame Restaurantbesuche, Kochabende, Pubquiz oder was Berlin sonst anbietet :)

Right now Linus and I (Maren) live in the flat. Linus is renting the room from Johannes who will be in Switzerland until the end of the year. We are very nice and relaxed flatmates with whom living together is very easygoing. During the week I work as a data engineer (sometimes from home) and Linus has finished his master's in economics and is currently looking for a job. I am interested in doing something together sometimes and not just living in the flat side by side without interacting. We are always down for a drink and a chat in the kitchen/living room. Time permitting, we also enjoy common restaurant visits, cooking together, going to a pubquizes or whatever Berlin has to offer :)

Wenn Dir das Zimmer und die WG zusagen, schreib mir doch gerne über WG-Gesucht einen möglichst aussagekräftigen Text über Dich und darüber, was Dir beim WG-Leben wichtig ist. Ideal wäre es wegen der ähnlichen Tagesabläufe, wenn Du auch bereits im Arbeitsleben stehst. Erfahrungsgemäß werde ich leider nicht allen Leuten antworten können (Berliner Wohnungsmarkt ist einfach Katastrophe); dafür bitte ich schon mal um Verständnis.

If you like the room and the WG, please let us know a little about yourself and about what is important to you in WG life. Because of the similar daily routines, it would be ideal if you are already working in job. Most likely, I will unfortunately not be able to answer all people (Berlin's housing market is mess); in that case thanks for understanding.
