***On the 1st of March I would be leaving Berlin for half a year too, that means you will have a new roomate that either I will chose, or we can chose together of course!
The flat is nice and lovely, on the 1st floor, charming Altbau with nice quiet neighbors.
The flat has 2 sleeping rooms. One 26 m2, which would be yours, and the other is my room and is about 14 m2. The salon is connected to the kitchen, and has a big sofa that can become a double bed for guests.
The whole flat is fully equipped. In your room there is a big bed with a mattress, a desk and a home workout gym.

There are all necessary things to live, a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, towels, bed sheets etc...
The price includes also internet, electricity and all side costs. All inclusive.
Me and my roomate are traveling/living abroad.
We like to keep ourselves the option to cancel the sublet in a minimum one month notice in advance.
There might be a possibility to extend the sublet to 1 year. We will know latest on beginning of July :)
The neighborhood is great with many bars, parks and restaurants. There's a nice bakery right at the corner.
Several different supermarkets right near by. Bio supermarkets too.
5 minutes from Samariterstr. U ban. 10 minutes from S ban Frankfurter Alle. 8 minutes from Boxhagener Platz
