If anyone is looking for a temporary place to live in Berlin, I might have a suitable offer.
I am renting a bright furnished room in an apartment available staring 1. April (or a couple of day earlier on 27 March) ending at the end of Oct. beginning of Nov. (so 7 months).
One current tenant will be traveling starting end of March (so next month) and returning in November (She is going on a trip for 7 months) and I can rent it until she is back. Size about 14 sqm, located in Köpenick.
The apartment is clean and is located close to S köpenick (3 minutes on foot from the tram/bus station with tram that runs at night and 8 min from the s Bahn). It is in Köpenick, so just a couple of minute walk away are a lot of shopping centers, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also it is close to 3 parks and beautiful wooded areas. The apartment is newly furnished, and the rooms and kitchen has mainly everything you would need.
I am an american guy (39) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I am working in Management, for a telecommunications IT company and I am helping her to rent out the room. The roommate moving out is a spanish woman (43) who works in customer service but will be back beginning of November 2024. The roommate staying in the other room is a Paraguayan girl (21) doing logistics at Tesla.
During the time she is gone the room she is looking to rent one room, so the contract is maximum until beginning of November. Day-trippers or other short term rentals would be too much trouble for me, so I only offer rental for nearly the whole time or at least for several months. No smokers, no drugs, no trouble, no pets please.
