I rent my beautiful room for the month of May. It is a shared apartment with one other person.
Important:
*1: This is a vegetarian/vegan apartment. We prefer to keep it this way, as we have no implements for cooking meat.
*2: As you can see in the pictures, the room has many plants :) This makes it beautiful to live in. But it is necessary that the person who stays here takes loving care of the plants. Some of them need to be watered daily!
Location:
The location is perfect. It is one minute walk from U Schlesisches Tor, and one station away from U-S Warschauer Str. So connections are easy to the whole city.
We have a supermarket less than a block away open until 00:00, and a greengrocer at the front door open until 20:00. And many stores, cafes and restaurants around. Daily shopping is very easy here.
Equipment:
the room has everything you need: bed, sheets, towels, desk, chairs, closet. We have a well-equipped kitchen with espresso machine, juicer, blender, etc. Unfortunately the dishwasher is not working.
We are on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator in the building.
