Gemütliches WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Monate ggf. länger/ Cozy Room for rent for 2 months Kreuzberg (1 Person)

are you looking for a short-term rental in a cozy place in lively Kreuzberg? I might have the right spot for you to enjoy your time in Berlin:
Please note, I would love to live with (one person) someone who is around my own age end 30ies/Beginning of 40ies and working. No crazy party people. Btw, I am vegetarian and would prefer to live with some who is also vegetarian (or vegan).

Iam (female) renting out one room in my cozy and beautiful flat for about two months, e.g. Beginning of November until End of December/Beginning of January, if we connect well possibly longer. It is a fully furnished room, the flats also includes a washing maschine, dish washer, toaster, mircowave... basically all necessary equipments.

The flat is 65 m² in total, including 2 rooms, a kitchen and a small but nice bathroom. The room is 15m² with wooden floors.
My flat is situated in the heart of the Wrangelkiez, in Kreuzberg,- a great location! The Subway (U Bahn) U1/U3 (Schlesisches Tor) is only 4 minutes away, buses are also available in all directions.

We are a minute away from a park called Görli (Görlitzer Park) and just around the corner is the Landwehrkanal (a river), which is an amazing spot for running or sitting in the sun.
There are many grocery´s shops around, two organic stores, a turkish fruit and vegetable market and the usual shops like Rewe and Lidl. There is also a Liquor shop and many Spätis.

In this area there are a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs. As well as an amazing coffee place on our street (owned by kiwi/australian guys) perfect to start the day!

If we like living with each other I might rent out the room for longer than just 2 months. Also if you are commuter and are in Berlin on a regular basis only for a few days a week or months. Contact me, I am sure we can find a good deal for both of us.

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner meiner gemütlichen und schönen Wohnung für zwei Monate, z.B. von November, wenn wir uns gut verstehen ggf. auch langfristig. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind voll möbliert, inklusive Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle... eigentlich alles was man braucht.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 65 m² groß und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem kleinen aber feinen Bad mit Badewanne. Das freie Zimmer ist 15m² groß und hat Holzboden.
Ich würde mich über jemanden (1 Person) in meinem Alter freuen, zwischen Mitte/Ende 30 und Anfang 40, die (bereits) arbeitet. Bitte keine super crazy Party People. Ich lebe vegetarisch und würde mich über freuen, wenn du auch VegetarierIn/VeganerIn bist.

Zu unserer Lage: zu Fuß sind es 4 min zur U-Bahn Station Schlesisches Tor. In einer Minute seid ihr im Görli und direkt um die Ecke vom Landwehrkanal - super zum joggen. Es gibt eine Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: einen Bioladen, mehrere Obst- und Gemüsehändler, Rewe, Lidl, Getränkehandel und mehrere Spätis. Für Nachteulen gibt es eine gute Auswahl an diversen Bar´s und Nachtclubs in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Freue mich von dir zu hören, bitte gib auch ein paar Informationen zu dir/euch an (Alter, Länge des Aufenthalts ob du zu einer Besichtigung vorbei kommen kannst etc.). Wenn wir uns gut verstehen, kann ich mir auch vorstellen das Zimmer längerfristig zu vermieten. Falls du PendlerIn bist meld dich auch gerne.
