The apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, with the M29 at the front door and the U1/U3 at 5 minutes walking distance and the U8 at 10 minutes walking distance. There are various supermarkets (Lidl 10 minutes walking distance, Penny 5 minutes, DM 10 minutes), as well as Spätis in the area. You also have a lot of cute Coffee shops as well as a multitude of restaurants, clothing shops, art galleries at walking distance. The area is full of life and while this is super nice (to me) you have also to keep in mind, that the street is not quiet and you may hear some of the liveliness from the apartment.

I’m looking for a kind, clean and organized, responsible and open minded person to share my flat with that is at least 27 y/o and working in Berlin. No parties, no drugs, no smoking is allowed in the apartment. Also, this is a LGTBQI+ friendly and racist free space. If this is a problem for you, please do not contact me :)
To me a good communication and respect are the most important things, and if we get to hang out on top of that it would be nice, but it is not an obligation. Just if the vibes match for more than just co-living and taking care of our common spaces.

I am vegetarian (on very few occasions pescatarian) and would prefer for you to also have a vegetarian diet. At least at home. What ever you eat outside of the house is fine by me ;)

I like art, music, dancing, cooking and eating, to travel and get to know new places, sports, photography, animals, plants. I speak Spanish, German, French and English.

Furnished room in a cozy 2 room apartment right next to the Görlitzer Park in Kreuzberg in the 4th floor. The room and its furniture will look different than what you can see now on the pictures, but you will have everything from a bed, bedsheets, a table with a chair, a dresser a clothes rack, mirror, towels, etc.

You’ll be sharing it with me, Tanja Lucia, half German, half Colombian, she/her, 33 y/o and a lot of plants.

The room is available from the 8th of October for a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months. You can use the kitchen and all amenities and will have space in the for your things, as well as in the bathroom. Internet fee, as well as all insurances, electricity, warm water and GEZ are included in the rent.

I am looking forward to reading from you, what you like, what you do in Berlin, for how long you plan to stay. Maybe you can also tell me if you have co-living experience and how you usually organized the cleaning and organizing in the flat.
