Hej Hej,
I’m renting out a quite room in my beautiful Appartement in Berlin Kreuzberg (10967) for a year.
I live in this flat for about a year now with my best friend. He is going to move in with his girlfriend into another flat within the same building and therefore I have a spare room to rent to someone fabulous ☺️
What do I offer:
The flat is on the second floor with stunning historical architectural details. Original wooden floors, stucco, original doors and windows etc.
The flat is fully furnished and interior is one of my passions. So if you value a nice living environment, you will hopefully feel right at home.
Your room is facing the “Hinterhof” and has a big white closet that will stay. So basically you only need to bring a bed ☺️
Do I have to mention that all other rooms are as much yours than they are mine?!
As my own contract for this flat ends in December 2024 I can only offer you a contract for a year. But there is a possibility to extend that contract,. I just can`t promise anything... With the rent everything is included: rent, heating, Wi-Fi, warm water etc. If the heating-rate should get more affordable I will of course lower the rent.
Additonally I would need a caution of 2.000€ that you get back after you move out.
So the flat is in Kreuzberg right at the Landwehr-Kanal. You have everything that you need - and more- right on your doorstep: Netto, Denns, Edeka, Lidl, turkish supermarket, weekly market at the canal, Bars, Restaurants, U-Bahn, Sport facilities, small Boutiques, Flower shop you name it :)
For me this location in Berlin is a 10/10.
Who am I:
I am a 37 year old female who works full time (Marketing) from this apartment. So expect quite some calls and online meetings during the working hours. I do need to travel from time to time for work, but mostly I’m working from home. I also have a dog who lives in this flat. She is super friendly and quiet.
On the weekends you can find me strolling around the city with my friends. Sometimes I do go clubbing but not as much as I did in the past… Also I have friends or family who do not live in Berlin staying overnight from time to time.
Also I love doing sports. So you can find me road-biking, HIIT training, running, or doing Pilates. If you love sport and maybe have a Urban Sports or Gympass membership, a lot is in walking distance from the flat.
What I’m looking for:
Ideally you work full-time as well. Maybe you just moved to Berlin and don’t have a full set of furniture? I guess something like that would be ideal as this flat is basically fully furnished. Other than that the overall house and myself are rather quite so please do not plan to host big, loud parties. But of course your friends are always welcome and I’m looking forward meeting new people, hearing new stories and sharing my table with interesting people.
If you feel like you would like to get yo know me and view the flat I would really appreciate if you could introduce yourself a bit as a reply so I get an overall idea of who you are.
Aah and of course the logistics: the negative Schufa (jetzt beantragen) is needed, as well as the last three payslips of your employer.
