The apartment is a very sought-after location.
- 3 minutes away from Prinzenstrasse Ubahnof (U1 / U3)
- 450m (7 minutes away) from Kottbusser Tor Bahnof (U1 / U3 / U8)
- 4 minutes away from Netto
- Balcony faces a park and Landwehrkanal (very green during Summer and has a lot of swans)
- near Adidas open playground
- You can find many restaurants especially in Kotbusser Tor area
I prefer a quiet apartment so no party is allowed.
Since the apartment is big, I believe there's enough space for your parents/friends in case they want to sleep over.
The apartment is generally peaceful and quiet. You can even hear birds chirping during summer. Neighbors are also not very loud so you can sleep very well.
You are free to bring your appliance or furniture as long as its not very big and will occupy a lot of space.
I will give my contact details when I set a viewing of the apartment next week.
A brief background about myself. I am Vin, an expat living in Germany for 4.5 years now. I also know the struggle in finding an apartment most especially here in Berlin, so I understand your situation and I hope that I could help you find a temporary home as you journey a new life in Berlin.
I like a minimalist lifestyle and I try to have less furniture and appliances in the apartment as much as possible. The more stuffs one sees around, the more the mind is preoccupied with a lot of things that's why we lose focus on things that we really love doing. Minimalist lifestyle give me more inner peace and less thinking.
I won't be living in the apartment for now as I am currently alone now and temporarily living to an area near to my workplace around Berlin.
But I may need the apartment back after brother finishes his studies and he'll possibly join me in the apartment (maybe after 2 years).
The outside wall of the building has many graffitis. I hope this doesn't bother you.
