Hi! We are a clean, international WG and mostly speak English together in the flat; two of us are also native German speakers. We welcome anyone from anywhere :-) <3 queer, FLINTA, LGBTQ, international friendly <3
We are looking for a new long-term flatmate (first with a 1-month trial) because a flatmates found her own flat and wants to live alone. We are a 5-er WG that harmoniously shares our two-story giant 180-sqm WG (the 4th floor/4.OG and attic/DG are connected with stairs inside - we have lots of light!), but all of us have small bedrooms. Thus, we are looking for the right person and the right fit all together, and that is why we offer a 1-month trial - hope you can understand :)
— We all have small bedrooms and enjoy/cocreate/share 2 big, bright, beautiful common spaces; We also have 2 nice bathrooms, bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, etc.
— Amazing location in Graefekiez (Kreuzberg/Neukölln): 2min walk from a grocery store, M41 bus line, U8/U7 Ubahn (Hermannplatz / Schönleinstr.)
— We are clean and tidy (and have a simple chore chart)! We are considerate about contributing to keeping common spaces clean ~ esp. our beautiful kitchen! ie. unloading the dishwasher/drying rack, cleaning your dishes after you cook, cleaning up after you have a fun dinner party with friends, etc. We all do our part, and it's a wonderful, colorful place to live :)
— We have a communal counter for fruits & veggies
— Smoking only allowed outside on the balcony
— We have occasional flat meetings and hope that our new flatmate feels comfortable expressing themself in English
Rent: 616 EUR/month
Bills/utilities: ~80 - 90 EUR/month, depending on bills for electricity, heating, water, wifi, etc.
— For 1-month trial, 700EUR up front, no deposit/Kaution. If long-term, we would ask for a Kaution and would split the bills by Splitwise as they come in
