I am renting the other room in my flat, the room is 15 m2. in Xberg. I am renting it for a couple of months starting from March 10 or 15, depending. If you are awesome and we feel we are the best wg ever seen there is a possibility that you could stay for longer, not more than a few months anyway, but more than 2. Depending depending... hope is no promise. You ll pay for March the correspondent amount of money discounting the first 10 days or 2 weeks. Room: Nice big window, nice place but really simple, don´t expect buckingham palace, this is a poor alt bau Wohnung, no forniture, 3rd. floor, no lift. 3.5 meters high roofs. Bathroom shared between the WC (tiny room) and the shower which is a closed shower box in the Kitchen, important whoever you are girl or boy you need to feel comfortable with that and I need to feel comfortable with you. I look for someone around his her 30es, funny, sweet, gentle, cool, chill, peaceful, with at least 5 years of experience in sharing flats. Your occupation well I don´t care, you can be a lap dancer, a street artist, a baker, whatever but NO STUDENTS, except for someone extremely cool that is studying AND working or that is studying but is not in her/his 20es anymore or that has kinda life experience. I basically want someone who understands that work is hard sometimes, yes I do damn work a lot, and sharing a little house is not so easy if we don't respect each other. Of course you need to be tidy and clean, not extremely because I am not even, but the general basic stuff I don´t even wanna talk about.
No parties are allowed at home, never ever, here I work often and I need peace and most important unfortunately the neighbours suck and that´s why I rent this room, I am musician but I can´t play anymore at home so I have to rent an extra studio, where I am actually often. I am also a music teacher and electronic music producer, but I rarely play at home now. This can explain you how strict are the rules for silence in this place. The house is unfortunately really old and you can hear everything, even the one upstairs walking up and down. No boyfriends nor girlfriends are really welcome in the house for a simple reason, it is tiny, uncomfortable, I don´t need a couple around and as I said, I work here, so please before writing to me consider that if you have a couple or u are one of this 24 hours 7 couple type, it would be better if you could just go to sleep at his her place instead of here.
The monthly Miete it´s 380 euros all Included taking care of the electricity. Lights off if you don´t use them! Electricity is damn expensive.
Be cool and we are gonna be friends I can be the funniest dummy person ever, be mean and you leave the next day. Promise.
The neighbourhood is awesome. Mehringdamm, Viktoria Park, I mean you are in Xberg and u have super connection to all over berlin. Just check the metro and Berlin map or have a walk around.
Everything you are gonna use I bought it so even if it´s not much, I got it as I could so please respect it. If something brakes well... try to get a new one. I don´t eat meat but you can cook a whole beef I don´t care, the only thing is that if you cook deaths you should get at least some pans for you to cook them. About smoking no industrial cigarettes are allowed in here, sorry but I have smoked so much passive as a child in my family house that I have a trauma or something (ahah) but with rolled tobacco I don´t have problems if you smoke in the kitchen with the window opened. Honestly, if you are a stoner better. At least is smells like heaven. More about me? I LOVE TECHNO yes in the house I am super quiete outside I can die of happiness under the 135 bpm goldy rain. :D
In da house, no windows opened while listening movies, radio, music (fuckfuckfuck), no laud music never (...same), no music after 10.pm and blablabla and consider that stuff like jumping rope on the wood floors of the flat is not allowed...does it sound like a joke? no it happened for real… If I have to be responsabile for any kind of bullshit you could do consider how you are before writing to me, ok? So if you are egocentric, ego and egocentric this is not the place for you. Things clear from the beginning hurt less.

The Meeting is gonna be one day the first week of march, before the 10.th, is gonna be a nice chill cup of tee you and me, we talk, you ask me stuff, I get you, you get me, we see if we are ok with each other, and after that u stay close to my house because I am gonna tell you if you are the chosen one. Yes, the same day, I don´t have time to think about it so much. It´s a game, play your cards. That evening you`ll give me the money so the day of the magic date bring with you that cash. It will be around 580 euros (20 days of March 280e plus the 300e deposit) and I give you the keys. I don t want papers, shufas or bullshit, but I do want a copy of your personal ID at the moment I give you the keys. Just in case. Sorry Berlin is becoming kind of Wild.
