Hi,
I will be moving to Paris for work and would like to sublet my 2 rooms (living room+bedroom) in our 2 person shared flat. t in beautiful Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg.
The room is available from 28.10 - 27.2.2023 - possibly even up to 6 weeks longer until mid April
It's a 70qm flat with 3 rooms (living room/my home office and 2 bedrooms + 2 balconies).The flat is on the 6th floor, super bright and fully equipped with everything you need + high speed Internet for perfect home office conditions.
You take over my lease which is:
a bedroom (11qm) and the living room/my home office (24qm) + balcony. - fully furnished with vintage and designer furniture.
As I work from home the living room is mainly my room and I pay the rent for the two rooms.
But if I'm not at home or during the weekend we use it as a shared space.
I'm looking for someone who can value the space and will take good care of the flat ;-)
*Due to the current energy crisis please note that there is a possibility of increased cost for heating. Our landlord has already increased the payment significantly after last year so I hope there won't be any huge surprises*

We get along super well and enjoy spending time together as well as respecting each others space.
It would be great if you are open and also enjoy spending time together. We enjoy hosting dinners together or going for a brunch.
