Looking for a subtenant (ladies only, sorry!) to rent a fully furnished room at a bright, comfy and centrally located flat. The provided room (as noted in the given pictures) is quite the gem, generous in size with its own balcony, drenched in natural sunlight and original stucco. The building is conveniently located with great public transportation possibilities like S + U Lichtenberg, it takes only 12 min to the city center (Alexander Platz) and two stations to trendy Friedrichshain (S-Ostkreuz).

The front facing 3 bedroom flat is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, while completely furnished in a very warm, inviting and modern manner.

I am a 40+ years old female with a preference for the calm and tranquil side in people, I work a lot and need my home as a place to recharge and relax. So if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet surroundings, this would be a perfect place for you.

Because of the intimate setting of the flat, I have strict no visitors rule. There are cafes, bakeries, hostels and hotels in a walking distance that offer enough opportunities to meet/accommodate your guests.

I have a small, charming and well mannered dog living with me, she is very well taken care of.

Rent will be 650 € all inclusive (gas, water, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi) with the rental deposit being 650 €.

Für mein hochwertig ausgestattetes und helles Zimmer suche ich eine ruhige MitbewohnerIN (nur ♂, sorry) mit Ordnungssinn :) Das Zimmer ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, großzügig geschnitten, sonnig (Südseite), mit original Stuck und mit eigenem Balkon (siehe Bilder).

Die Lage ist zentral und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln! Der Bahnhof Lichtenberg, sowie das Naherholungsgebiet um die Stralauer Halbinsel (Rummelsburger Bucht und Treptower Park), sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Friedrichshain (Ostkreuz) ist nur zwei Stationen mit der Bahn entfernt, das Stadtzentrum ca. 10 - 15 Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist eine 90 qm Dreiraumwohnung (3. OG Vorderhaus), mit einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten und voll ausgestatteten Küche und Bad (Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.).

Ich, in meinem 40ern arbeite in einem schwedischen Möbelhaus und habe ganzen Tag Menschen um mich. Wenn ich zu Hause bin, brauche ich Ruhe um zu entspannen und Kraft zu tanken. Diese biete ich im Gegenzug auch Dir (für ein Schwätzchen bin ich allerdings immer zu haben :).
Aus diesem Grund wird das Zimmer nur zur Einpersonbelegung vermietet, Gäste jegicher Art sind nicht erwünscht. Verschiedene Cafes, Hostels und Hotels sind fußläufig erreichbar und bieten ausreichend Möglichkeiten Deine Gäste ausserhalb der Wohnung zu treffen und unterzubringen.

In der Wohnung lebt noch mein, sehr gut erzogener, kleiner Hund. Ich bin hundeerfahren und sorge dafür, dass ihr an nichts fehlt. Ich hoffe, Du bist tierlieb :)

Die Vermietung ist auf max. 3 Monate begrenzt.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 650€ inclusive Gas, Wasser, Heizung, Strom und W-LAN. Kaution 650€.
