Nicht einmal 5 Minuten entfernt liegt der Bahnhof Lichtenberg, von dem du sowohl mit U- und S- Bahn nur wenige Minuten in das Stadtzentrum brauchst. Von hier aus fahren eine Vielzahl an Regios, Bussen und auch Trams.

Mit Rossmann und Edeka im Bahnhof, kannst du auch am Sonntag einkaufen gehen. Sonst findest in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Rossmann) sowie Apotheken, Spätis, Bäcker sowie Restaurants und eine charmante Bar.

Falls du es Grün magst, bist du nicht weit vom Treptower Park entfernt (ca. 3km), die Spree erreichst du in 2,5km und wenn du sportlich motiviert bist, das Friedrichsfelder Stadium in 650m.

Located in a quiet side street of the diverse 'Weitlingkiez' you are at a switchpoint of everything you need for day-to-day life. Only a five minute walk separates you and the Bahnhof Lichtenberg from which you can take many different rides to the city center or the outskirts of Berlin-Brandenburg.
If you are keen to shop on Sundays too, you could do so in Rossmann and Edeka at Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Other than that, you can also find a variety of different shopping options (Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Rossmann) as well as pharmacies, Spätis, bakeries, restaurant and a very charming bar just around the corner.
If you are more of a nature seeker, you could take a walk in the nearby Treptower Park (3km), at the Spree (2,5km) or getting active at the Friedrichsfelder Stadium (650m).

Das Zimmer ist Teil ein kleinen gemütlichen 2er WG mit insgesamt knapp 40qm.


Zusammenleben wirst du mit mir, Laura. Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, habe letztes Jahr meinen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit beendet und war dann bis zum Ende des Jahres im Ausland unterwegs. Seit nun 2 Monaten arbeite ich in Teilzeit und engagiere mich freiwillig mit internationalen Studierenden hier in Berlin.

Ich bin sehr kommunikativ und offen, mag es aber auch manchmal für mich allein zu sein. Durch die Größe der Wohnung ist ein Leben aneinander vorbei kaum möglich, weshalb wir viel Wert auf ein ehrliches und wertschätzendes Miteinander legen. Ohne offene Kommunikation und Austausch geht nix.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Wohnung sind das A und O. Es muss nicht penibel sauber sein, aber eben so, dass man sich wohl fühlen kann.

In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht und Party ist auch eher nicht angesagt, da das Haus schon etwas älter ist und die Wände sehr hellhörig sind.

The room is part of a small, cosy 2-person shared flat with a total of 40 square metres.

You'll be living with me, Laura. I'm 25 years old, finished my Bachelor's degree in Social Work last year and then travelled abroad until the end of the year. I've been working part-time for 2 months now and volunteering with international students here in Berlin.

I am very communicative and open, but also like to be alone sometimes. Due to the size of the flat, it is hardly possible to live without each other, which is why we place a lot of value on honest and appreciative togetherness. Nothing works without open communication and exchange.

Cleanliness and order in the flat are the be-all and end-all. It doesn't have to be meticulously clean, but just so that you can feel comfortable.

There is no smoking in the flat and partying is not really the order of the day, as the house is a bit older and the walls are very light-hearted.

Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt fünf Räumen (zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur). Dein Zimmer ist dabei das zweite der beiden Wohnräume. Alle anderen geteilten Räume sind nicht sonderlich groß, was jedoch Vorteile beim Saubermachen und Heizen bringt ;)
Die Wohnung hat einen alten Dielenboden, Holzfenster sowie etwas höhere Decken, was ihr einen sehr gemütlichen Charme verleiht.
Waschmaschine und Badewanne sind vorhanden.

The flat consists of a total of five rooms (two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Your room is the second of the two living rooms. All the other divided rooms are not particularly large, which has advantages when it comes to cleaning and heating ;)
The flat has an old floorboard, wooden windows and slightly higher ceilings, which gives it a very cosy charm.
Washing machine and bathtub are available.
