Hello,
We have a vacant fully furnished room available for rent in our 4-room apartment. Currently, the remaining 3 rooms are occupied and we are looking for someone for the 4th room.
The candidate must be able to:
1. Must speak English as it's the only language we speak in our WG.
2. Must stay for a minimum of 6 months (to indefinite period of time).
3. Must have a stable income to pay rent and bills on time.
4. Must be considerate of others and clean after themselves after using the common areas.
Other than the above mentioned, we are very chill and do not interfere with each other. We do occasionally sit together and share a meal sometimes. However, there are no obligations for anyone to join.
Students, Full-timers, Freelancers, anyone is welcome to apply as long as you are able to pay your rent and bills on time.
The room is fully furnished. A sofa-bed, a refrigerator, a large closet with 5 shelves, 2 other cabinets for storage, a decent IKEA table and chair worth over 400 Euros alone is included. As mentioned in the ad, everything aforementioned must be purchased by the new tenant.
We are looking for someone to move in from the 22nd of December. More details can be communicated via texting the mentioned phone or by simply replying to the ad.
