The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a renovated old building in a cozy side street and consists of three rooms:
Bedroom: 2.00 x 2.00m bed with some plants placed within the rooms.
Office room: with a desk with two screens and comfortable chairs if you need to work
Living room: It offers a big dining table, a couch area and is equipped with HiFi, a beamer, several instruments such as a piano and guitars. If needed the couch can be used as a bed as well.
Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything. Make yourself a fresh roasted coffee using the sage barista express machine. Feel at home during your stay! Minha casa é sua casa.

A few nice cafes & bars are within walking distance:

The apartment can be rented for the whole period for a total of 800€ (all costs included). If you wish to stay over a shorter period, that is also possible.
The deposit of 200€ must be paid in any case and will be refund at the end of the stay.
