The pics are a few months old from when the apartment was not decorated, It looks different now. Platns, deccor, paintings, lights.
Some of the furniture in the room can be taken out. But since I don't use the room I don't bother.

I have heard now a few times that the room is bigger and brighter than it looks in the pictures( maybe bad pics 🤷) The view is already pretty nice from the balcony and this room but the sunset and sunrise are exceptionally beautiful. you can also look at the spree from the balcony.
The room is a guest room, so no one lives there and the wardrobe is empty. You can bring your luggage and just easily move in. The table, chair, and white furniture can be taken out if needed.
Very good connections to the underground line, U8, and all the central S Bahn lines S3/S5/S7/S9. All at 7 mins walk.
Alexender platz 1 stop away.
5 mins walk from the spree/river, very nice view by the water.

No purpose flatshare, keine Zweck WG. If you want to live in a CLEAN & TIDY place and think you are that type of person, then look no further, you're at the right place. I have lived in flat shares and the best experience was when it felt like a home and are able to do stuff together and communicate openly not transactionally. So Ideal for a person, who's open, clean, wanna inspire each other, and loves to act respectfully. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people. The flat should become a real home for the people who live here. Of course, everyone needs their peace and quiet, me time to do their stuff and also to rejuvenate hence closed door means timeout, and open means ready to talk but if you're the type who prefers functional WGs, or living like a dorm. This isn't the right fit and don't need to apply.

Hi, this is the roommate, non-smoker, I live in the other room in the apartment. I work in IT in a hybrid mode, sometimes an office sometimes from home. I do sports multiple times a week, like nature so go hiking from time to time, love food and cooking, and some other hobbies. Rest we can know on the viewing.
