We are Laur (36) and Blanka (43), having a big house in Müggelheim. Yes, it means the Home of the Muggles. We know. The house is in "not bad" condition, it's in the last street to the forest, we have lakes around, and a small garden.
We have in the coming time two free rooms, (having a door to each other too, so for couples could be fine as well). And heatable cabin in the garden, which means more privacy, you are closer with 2 meters to the forest - but you need to come in the house for kitchen, bathroom.
We have two nice, and one asshole neighbor, and a cat hair allergy. The overall costs are 2600 euros, now every room pays 550 euros, and we will finetune it, might be that you end up at 500. This covers everything, internet, heating, a gemüse kiste and the asshole neigbor too.
