Cozy large rooms (20-25m²) in flat (73m² ) with a large sunny balcony (5m²) on the 3rd floor in the most popular area of Berlin. The flat concists of two large rooms, a large kitchen and a small bathroom. The balcony room has one large window, which makes it easy to get fresh air through the flat.
The building is from 1920 and has wooden floors and 3,25m high ceilings with lots of light, feeling spacious and calm.
There are two single beds 90x200cm in one room. with big thick mattresses. They are cleaned regularly . The mattresses can easily be put together for a comfy double bed.
In the other room, there’s a 140cm bed in a quiet room facing the backyard.

Ping pong tables, Cafés, Restos & Bars are downstairs from the building or around the corner. The flat is situated on the most lively neighborhood in Berlin, although on a quiet street just next to the canal.
The flat is situated in Neukölln at the border of Kreuzberg. Around the corner is the trendy and lively Maybachufer, Weserstrasse and Reuterkietz, with lots of bars, cafés and boutique and designer stores. The apartment is on third floor facing the courtyard on one side and a rather quiet street on the other. Next to the apartment you can play ping pong or walk in the cozy alleys next to a small park, a playground and the canal. A 5-10 min ride by bike and you will be at Tempelhofer Feld, Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park, Hasenheide Park, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or you can take the Bus or U-Bahn 4-8 minutes away from the flat.
The area has an amazing variety of international restaurants: Italian, French, Korean, German, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Bio, Turkish, Greek and Lebanese.

I've been living in this beautiful flat for many years, and work as a singer and actress. Love to travel and have flexible jobs. I would say that I am an easygoing flatmate and I will do my best to nurture a good atmosphere at home. People say that there is a good energy in my flat, which I find very important! My interests are: interesting conversing, healthy living, music, films, food, travelling, cultural activities and enjoying life. I would be able to communicate in the following languages: English, German, French and most of the Scandinavian languages.
Searching for a reliable, trustworthy and clean tenant, for at least 1 month up to whatever we decide. You should value good energy, easy communication and a clean environment. The flat should be cleaned by a cleaning lady once every second week (add 60 Eur/month in cost), additionally my preference is to find someone who keeps things orderly and clean. I'd be happy to read a few lines about you.

You will have everything you need in the cozy kitchen, with facilities as a dish-washer, a washing machine, an oven, a toaster, a rice-cooker, soup-cooker, all kinds of mixers and juice-makers, and last but not least, a moka pot for your coffee. Most of my utensils are brand new, compared to the 50s-60s look of my interior. The bathroom is fairly small with a normal sized bathtub.
