A room in our WG is becoming available from January 1st!
Located in Neukölln close to Karl-Marx U-Bahn, but still very quiet and peaceful. We are looking for someone long term (at least 3 months) with Anmeldung possible 🙌
The room:
- 680€ warm + 500€ deposit
- lots of light
- comes furnished with bed, drawers, bookshelf, chair and small desk available if needed
You would be living with two flatmates; Rebecca (German, 40) and Kieran (NZ, 35).
We have similar lifestyles which contribute to a good energy and homely vibe in our WG, we like our home to be our sanctuary:
- vegetarian
- semi-spiritual (the usual yoga, meditation, self-exploration, while also keeping our feet on the ground)
- fun-loving, don’t take ourselves too seriously
- open, honest, clear communication
- comfortable with nudity/sex positivity
- spending time together cooking, chatting etc, and also respect each other’s space
- responsible, respectful, cleanliness
- we like a party every now and then, have a mindful approach to drug & alcohol use, and we don’t bring the party home (unless organised together)
