Are you looking for a home for the next three months. We offer a room cozy shared apartment in a green area in Berlin-Neukölln.
About the common flow:
This is a home, not an air-bnb. For us, it’s important that everyone feels comfortable and we create a sense of community while living together, although everyone has their own life and things to do. We're all pretty busy, but we find it important to find time and space for each other, every now and then and in whichever way. We see our home as our safe space, which is why we think it's important to treat each other with respect and care. We also try and keep the common space clean and tidy.
About the apartment:
Most of the apartment (including your room and the large balcony) is south-facing and overlooks a beautiful park/cemetery with old trees and multitude of birds. The room itself is 20 square meters and furnished. The apartment has high ceilings and wooden floor - a typical Berlin flat. The windows are huge.
Our shared flat is located in close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation: U Leinestr. and S Hermannstr. both are within approx. 5 min walk. Tempelhofer Feld, Körnerpark and Prinzessinnengärten are also just a few minutes' walk away.
About us:
Aliona (33) comes from Moldova and works as a research fellow at the HU and works in linguistics and psychology. “I like to garden, handcraft, draw, dance, swim, freedive, camp, practice yoga, go to exhibitions, concerts, demonstrations, and try to be conscious about the way I interact with the world. In people I value open communication, tolerance, ability to reflect, kindness, sense of humor and adventure. “
Sophie (33) lives in Berlin since 2015. She’s been working in the impact/non-profit sphere and currently sets up her own business, which is why she spends most days at her co-working space. She likes to start her day early with cacao and meditation, and cherishes spontaneously cooking and laughing together.
