Ich suche ab dem 1. Februar eine Mitbewohner(in) für meine neu gemietete Erdgeschosswohnung in der Nähe von S Neukölln. Langfristig mit Anmeldung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel mit Blick auf einen Innenhof, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von S Neukölln entfernt (& Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars, usw.). Dein Zimmer (Zimmer 2) ist etwa 11 qm groß. Mir ist klar, dass es ein bisschen teuer erscheint, aber ich zahle auch einen verhältnismäßig hohen Betrag (mehr dazu am Ende).

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, so wie die Küche (ohne Backofen) & dein Zimmer (mit dem Nötigsten). Du kannst auch deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen wenn du willst (Details werden bei Beschitigung vereinbart). Das Bild deines Zimmers ist etwas älter (ohne Möbel), da es derzeit belegt ist. Ich bin vor kurzem hierher gezogen und habe die Wohnung komplett mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten eingerichtet.

Miete: 554€ (inkl. Nebenkosten) + die Hälfte der Stromkosten + die Hälfte der Wifi-Kosten & Funksteuer + 100€ Aufschlag für die Nutzung der neuen Geräte & alle Möbel. Insgesamt solltest du mit einer Miete von etwa 720€ rechnen (ich rechne noch mit den Details, die ich werde mit dir teilen per Antwort). Außerdem, teilen wir uns die Kosten für die gemeinsamen Sachen wie Putzmittel, Müllsäcke usw. Die Kaution würde das Doppelte der Miete betragen, also sagen wir 1400€.

Ich brauche die üblichen Unterlagen von dir, sobald du die Wohnung besichtigt hast und an der Miete interessiert bist.

The apartment is furnished, just like the kitchen (without an oven) & your room (with the essentials). You can also bring your own furniture if you want (details will be agreed upon when you come for a visit). The picture of your room is a bit older (without furniture) as it is currently occupied. I moved here recently, and completely furnished the flat with new furniture & appliances.

Rent: 554€ (incl. utilities) + half of the electricity costs + half of the wifi costs & radio tax + 100€ surcharge for the use of the new appliances & all furniture.
