Hello people!
We are looking for a temporary flatmate for the time 20.12.2023-31.03.2024.
Two of us (Danny & Matthias) are going to be away beginning of next year and therefore two rooms (one of which is the described one here) are open for sublets for that time.
One of us (Tomás) remains in the flat.
About Tomás:
I'm a 33-year-old Portuguese composer and producer. I have just finished recording my first solo album and now planning my next artistic move. I also have an established self-employed business teaching drums. Half the time I work from home and the other half from the studio. Other interests include hiking, live music, clubbing, swimming, art, films, board games, and good food. I speak fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish and intermediate German. I'm vegan but I'm ok being around other diets.
Even though it’s a short period, friendships in shared flats can develop quickly. So looking for people who have their own life but might also like to hang out now and again.
Within the 600 EUR total rent everything is included (electrictiy, WiFi, utilities), so it is the total price.
A deposit of 600 EUR is mandatory.
We are aiming for visits to see the room(s) on Friday the 8th late afternoon / evening and Saturday (in case we do not find people on Friday) the 9th in the afternoon.
Friday: 17:00-21:00, we will schedule 30minute slots for everyone individually
Saturday: 14:00-17:00, we will schedule 30minute slots for everyone individually
We are looking for someone who has experience in sharing a flat, please reach out to us with a few words about yourself, so we can get a feel for you as a person and invite you to one of the 30 minute slots we aim to have with everyone we invite :)
The room is appr. 17 square meters, the flat itself is rather recently renovated (2015) and in very good condition, has two bathrooms a large living room and a nice kitchen, it is 2 minutes to the U7 stop Rathaus Neukölln.
The room is sublet with furniture.
