Hello, citizens of the world,
My good ol' tenant and a friend is moving out on 01.06 because he found himself a flat so I have to look for new roommates for the next six months who is willing to share part of his life and stories with me. THERE WILL BE ANMELDUNG and a contract (if you want of course) so don't worry about it, but you will have to deregister when you're leaving/moving out.
The room is quite spacious and will be partly furnished which means that I will provide a big bed (140x200) with mattress, a nice table, a basic wardrobe, a drawer, chairs and that's about it for now. An important thing to mention is the fact that none of the rooms have curtains (at least not at this point, not yet) but I have no problems with it, the only problem might be the bright sunlight but the sun rises up on the other side :)
(!!) Another important thing for some people might be parking the bicycle. We cannot have bicycles in the backyard, so you can keep it in the basement (that's what I do) or outside of the building. Sorry, I didn't make these rules. :( I wouldn't want the bike in the house.
The flat is located in the heart of Neukölln, Rixdorf. It's possibly the loveliest and most peaceful place in Neukölln! There is a small church next to us, lots of restaurants and amazing bars right next to us (the closest to us is right underneath us, B-Lage).
Carrying groceries won't be a problem because Lidl is 2 minutes away from us and Netto is 4 minutes away.
S Sonnenallee is 3 minutes walking, M41/171 bus stops are less than 2 minutes away and U Karl-Marx Straße and/or S+U Neukölln are 10m away walking. Going to all areas of the city from here is a piece of cake.
A little bit about me: My name is Slobodan, I am coming from Serbia and I moved to Berlin 2+ years ago (didn't plan to do it, it just happened :) ).
I am a photographer but photography is not my main job.
I have tons of interests! I am very much into philosophy and love talking about "important life things". Politics is another topic I love talking about but I am not part of any party or neither I am left-right leaning, some see me as a liberal, some conservative but I am none of that and although I am passionate about politics, I will never judge your political stance or lifestyle. Same thing with music taste or the food you eat (believe it or not some people like to judge everything).
When it comes to food I am vegetarian, you can eat whatever you want, the fridge is big. I am not smoking.
If you are into music I bought a very beautiful old piano on which you can play at any time. I don't know how to play and if I would be really happy if someone could teach me that, or we can learn together :)
(!!) Most of the things from the kitchen and corridor on the photos (as well as the whole flat) will be gone once my tenant leaves, so it will be a lot more spacious than now and different, his partner is here as a guest so it is kinda crowdy in messy this week.
Smoking is not allowed in the household, there is a balcony for it :)
What I would be happy to see from you is:
Please I want a responsible clean person who is not here as guests, treating me as their momma who will clean all the time. I won't really tell you what you have to do but I wouldn't want to be the only one cleaning the fridge, toilet, hoovering etc. We don't have to clean every week but sometimes dusting out and mopping (we have a Steam Mop) would be good. Sadly many people are happy to live in garbage, but I am not :-/
Would be cool if we have a common interest, but if not, we could find one or I could learn something from you, perhaps you can inspire me about something!
I like to party but not really at home because this is a family building so having people from time to time is fine but partying, 10 people inside the house and very loud music at 3 am is not that welcomed between the neighbors and I hope you respect that :)
