Hey guys, so we are searching for a new flatmate as im leaving my room. You would be living in Weserstr. at the corner to Weichselstr. The flat is headed towards the backyard so its very calm. Your roommates will be Jasper and Maria. A lovely couple with whom you can cook, share experiences, head to a bar or simply enjoy Jaspers lovely Pho. Jasper is a dedicated traveler fluent in english, spanish and his native tongue german. Maria is from Venezuela and will head for her first german lessons at the beginning of february. The contract for the flat terminates at the end of march, so unfortunately the 30th and 31st of March will be needed to empty the flat.
The flat is located on Weserstr. with about 7 min to Rathaus Neukölln, 10 min to Hermannplatz and 4 min to the bustation Sonnenallee/Pannierstr. where you can take the M41/M29/194/N94/171.
There are countless places to eat just on your doorstep, same goes for bars. The famous Späti International is just in front of the door and opened most of the time. A 24/7 späti is just 250m further.
So if your keen to get to know Jasper and Maria, practise your spanish skills simply live in the center for bars and food, write me and we can arrange smth, so you can have alook at your new room.
