Subletting my room (Richardplatz area) for 4 months: 10th of December 2023 - 1st of April 2024. The return date is not 100% set yet so there is a possibility that it could be for a week or so longer. We would figure this out later on.
- 3 bedroom flat with living room and balcony.
- Total rent €680 per month. This is the actual rent I also pay. I also have to take into consideration that I'm getting contributions towards big energy bills that I won't have consumed myself during the winter months (especially taking the energy crisis into account).
- We're looking for someone clean and respectful. You will be sharing the flat with 2 other really lovely flat mates who will make you feel welcome, and also the most charming cat, Sissi 🐱. So please make sure you're OK with that.

The Richardplatz area is super nice. And the platz lights up in the winter with fairylights. You have a quaint and quiet neighbourhood with lots of good caffes and restaurants. 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walking. And 5 minutes to ringbahn and u7 neukoln. It's quiet by the flat but you're so close to any convenience and night life.
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 other flatmates (male 25-32 years old). They're both very warm, welcoming and you'll 100% be made to feel at home. No weird stuff. We simply expect someone to be respectful in return. Especially in terms of noise, cleanliness and general communication. It's not a party flat and everyone has a normal working week so that would be ideal to have someone under that schedule too.
We cook a lot, and we have a big kitchen and living room space where we hang out.
Our cat Sissi is very sweet and very low maintenance so you won't have to worry about her. But there's obviously just some rules to keep into consideration for her.
Please say the word Sissi somewhere in the message so that I know you read everything right and you're okay with living with a cat too.
I want to find someone by mid of November. I will first do video chats for an introductory chat and then flat viewings. If you're not in Berlin already that's also okay. Just explain your situation in your message and we can try online.
