Offering a spacious and bright room right on Weserstr. in lively Neukölln. The area offers all the amenities and entertainment one could imagine. Yet the room is very quiet since it's facing the backyard. It gets sunlight in the morning and is pretty bright all day. Public transportation is very convenient with several buses (M29, M41, 171, 194) and Hermannplatz station (U7 + U8) is a short walk away. Plus our part of Weserstr. is a bikes only street which makes biking even more fun. ;)
You will live with my flatmate only. He's a professional architect at the age of 38. Your co-living will be open, communicative andfullof exchange. Still, privacy and quiet times if needed are guaranteed.
The room is fully furnished (as seen on the pictures) incl. a desk, queen-sized bed and a hangout spot. The apartment features a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Internet is stable and fast (50MBit/s).
