We are looking for acfemale roomie to occupy a 24m2 room with balcony :)
The flat is centrally located, it is cozy, clean and quiet yet well connected to the rest of Berlin and there are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants in the area. Write me, tell me about you :) Sbahn, tram almost by the door :D
You would be sharing with a Spanish young lady from Islas Canarias who teaches Spanish in Berlin.
***(atm anmeldung is not possible for more than one person and i would prefer to rent it to someone who does not need it because the corporation owning the flat/building charges a fee for this kind of administrative changes and this fee goes on top of the current rent permanently, thus raising the rent price. :/)

Within a couple of minutes and short distance everything goes:

Restaurants, cinemas, parks, cafes, galleries and we even have two clubs in the vicinity!
Public transport: that is my favourite feature within 2 minutes you are at the tram and sbahn stations which connect you very quickly to the ubahn as well as the railway station.
e.g. by tram Alexanderplatz is 13 minutes away, 15 you are in fhain, 20 kreutzberg, 25 neukohln and to the airport we are also very well connected.
There is a bike available you can borrow :)
