Hallihallo, I am working abroad for the winter and am still looking for someone to rent my room for the month of December before someone is moving in in January. :) The room is nice & big, has high ceilings and comes fully furnished. :)
The location is very well connected. Directly on the corner of Schönhauser Allee / Wisbyer Straße in the north of Prenzlauer Berg. You have a wide selection of Spätis, supermarkets and bars / restaurants within short walking distance. Directly in front of the door is the subway station "Schönhauser Allee / Bornholmer Str." with the lines 50, M1, M2 & M13. In 5 minutes walk you have a direct connection to the Ringbahn with the S-Bahn station "Schönhauser Allee". Buses also go from everywhere :)
The co-living can always be very social due to the large, spacious and cozy living room. At the same time, there is enough space in the rooms for retreat. In the time of the Zwischenmiete you will live with Lukas, who will move in for my flatmates for the Zwischenmiete, because they will also be away from Berlin over the winter. How you finally arrange your living together is of course up to you, but we will of course look at the applications to see if it fits a bit. Lukas is an easy-going friendly guy who works during the week. My flatmates and I are very enthusiastic about music and will leave you the wonderfully equipped living room in its original condition. You will have a high quality sound system, DJ equipment (2 Pioneer XDJ's + Allen & Heath Xone 92 Mixer) and a turntable with a lot of records to play :) Enjoy the process. <3 The living room also has a balcony which also offers good space to chill (please only go there to smoke).
There are a few Planties in the WG, which would be happy about your love, care and some water supply. Fortunately, due to the winter months, they are not so thirsty - I think you can handle it :)
Just contact me via direct message, we are looking forward to meet you.
See you soon
Simon :)
