Hi everyone,
I am going away for 3.5 weeks, and looking for someone to sublet my room while I am away.
The WG apartment is located in the 5th floor of a modern housing complex. It has 125qm, a large dining and living area with a modern kitchen, sunny balcony and 2 bathrooms.
The available room has 17qm, a large window to the back of the complex (quiet).
The dates are from 9th December to 2nd January 2024.
All other cost are in the rent (like wifi and stuff).
I have a few plants in the room - it would be great if you could take care of them, however no worries if not, i'll move them to the living room and the flatmates can take care of it :)

The location is just awesome. Just off Torstrasse, in between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. It is also in a gated community, so is very quiet at night even given it's central location.
- Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz is within 3 min walking distance (U2, M6)
- One subway station to Alexander Platz (U2)
- The apartment complex is very nice, has a secure yard with benches, tree, stones, grass and what not..
- There is an Edeka supermarket directly at the entrance (you don't need to leave the building to go to it!)
We have a beautiful "together" in our apartment and also generally live on the sunny side of life.
We are very happy in Berlin, often in the city, meeting friends, party, do sports, etc. If we are in the flat, its mostly to finish up work after work or to chill with friends. Especially in summer, our life is merely happening in the flat.
Your roommates will be Emily, a 25 year old German woman and Paul, a 31 year old German man. We are all social, spend time in the shared living spaces and are all friends. We don't hide in our own rooms (but of course when needed, noone has any judgement if some isolation is needed ;). We all work and are out the house a lot during the day, however in the evenings we spend time together, often cook or play games together.
We are pretty clean. We try to put everything back and leave everything as it was. Sometimes life forces you to create a big mess, but that is definitely an exception. Please don’t have a mania for cleaning but for sure don’t be too messy.
Paul also has a small dog! Luise is the queen of the house. She is always with him (like always as in really always) but such an angel.
Please send me a message with some short info about you and when you have time to see the place. Facetime or a video call also works. Really don't need to be long, but best is to get back to the points we focused on under "WG-Leben". I'll get back to you asap and arrange a date to see the flat and meet us in person.
