Dear room seekers,
NOTE: from 28.01 to 28.02 another room will be rented at our WG.
I am leaving Berlin for a month and a half to visit my home country. My room will be free from December 12th to January 25th. The room is bright and very spacious, as is the rest of the apartment.
We are very well located in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment lies in a quiet corner but 10 min walking you’re at the heart of the neighborhood. Where all the nice cafes, restaurants, and bars are. Near to the apartment is the Schönhauser Allee Arcade, a mall with all you could need. The train connection is also great. The M13 to Wedding or Kreuzberg and M1 to Mitte stop at the corner. The Ringbahn and the U2 are 8 min away.
We are a shared apartment of 3 people. Our Wg has a very chill and friendly vibe. You will be living with Erika (33F from Argentina) and Hauke (36M German). They are both very friendly, quiet, and respectful roommies. It is important for us that the temporary sublet match that energy. Order and cleanliness are important at our Wg.
Warm rent is 550 Eur monthly. So the total stay - a month and a half - will be 825 Eur. You can do the payment in 2 parts. If you are interested let's arrange a visit soon. I’m looking forward to hearing from you :)
