Hello there!
The room is 13,5sqm with a long balcony and it comes with the basics for a stay. The flat (200sqm) is very bright & spacious with an open kitchen, dining and living room - all of them with access to the balcony. There is one bathroom and one guest WC as well as a closet that we share. The access to the flat is through an elevator to the penthouse. All the shared rooms are furnished with quality furniture and utensils. Flat must be always clean and organised.
There is M2 and M10 directly in front of the house. And a great plus: there is a lot of natural light in the flat even during winter times.
Our current flatmate is leaving in a few weeks and -supposed- to come back on the 18. or 31.03. so the room is available from 01 January to mid or end March, but possibly longer. The rental period could also be for the month of January only if needed.
To increase the chance that my flatmates get a nice new flatmate, the rent is negotiable for the first three months (within our budget, because we would be paying from our pocket to find someone that fits into the WG).
About my flatmates: they work and like to have friends over for dinners, are quite chill and good humoured. We speak English, German and Portuguese. More we can talk in person or via facetime.
The contract is initially for this time period and Anmeldung is possible.
