Hey everyone interested,
a 114 qm flat, two blocks next to Helmholtzplatz, is looking for a new tenant! As u can see on the pictures the room is beautiful and cozy. The whole flat has big windows (so we get a lot of sun!), very high stucco ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for nowadays. In the flat there are 2 smaller rooms and a bigger room incl. a balcony with a view to the Fröbelplatz, the biggest room looks to an old oak in the backyard.
Moreover the flat has a huge (seriously) bathroom with a bathtub (like a spa ; ) and an extra shower. Washing machine of course. In the kitchen u can find everything u need, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (very good to have in a WG), dishes, basically everything u need.
Here is space for a lovely person who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat. We are especially looking for employed international young professional woman, between 23-29.
The rent is all in (furnished, loft bed, service charges, heating, sustainable electricity, internet etc.) so you dont have to worry about any hidden extra costs here.

The flat is located two blocks next to Helmholtzplatz. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network. 4 stops by M2 and u are on Alexanderplatz. By foot or one stop in the other direction u find the Ringbahn. 15 min with M10 and u are at Berlin central station. M10 15 min in the other direction u are in the middle of Friedrichshain/ Warschauerstr. were u can find the best clubs in town. The U2 is also only a 10 minute walk away :)
You will be staying with three lovely women (Kaltrina from Sweden, Lucile from France and Lara who is German and Italian). The vibe of the flat is cozy, this is not at all a party WG. We have our own lives outside and when we come home we seek for peace and tranquility. Most of all, it is very important to be clean and keep all the common spaces tidy.
We wanna find a person, who we can have fun with, we wanna inspire each other and we love to act respectfully. Preferably someone working like us. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for people who wanna stay longterm (def more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
