Dieses Zimmer ist ab September oder Oktober frei. Wir sind flexibel, nicht verzweifelt. Suchen lieber länger um eine richtige Person zu finden als einfach jemanden aus Not zu nehmen. Keine Massencastings! Nur individuelle Termine.

A room is free again in this 3er WG (2 Women, 1 Man), in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. 1 Room is free for a girl/woman.
Nationalities who lived here before include poland, suisse!!!, france, sweden, poland, czech, finnland, lithuania, germany, russia, hungary, among others.
We look for someone already working (serious job, or long time serious internship), or doing PhD, intense Master Programme, etc. Someone like us: we work during the day and we are happy to have a clean, cosy, calm and reliable place to return to afterwards. And from where we recharge batteries to go out towards our further social life. A safe harbour.
No "L'Auberge Espagnole"....
It is a very good situated, calm and clean flat. Near a lot of stations, cinemas, restaurants, culture, etc. We appreciate someone who shares the idea that the reability of the flatmates as well as the very calm, tidy and cautious WG-enviroment are a bigger value then the room itself (but the room is good too ;-) ). Its a strictly non-smoker, no-drugs WG. If you appreciate to have a place where you can come back home and relax, read, study, concentrate, without dirt, noise and dozens of people coming and leaving all the time, this is your place.
Important: after bad experiences in the past with ppl illegaly downloading stuff, internet has been canceled for the WG. So the room is rented without internet, you have to find a provider to use it via stick paying it for yourself.
Preference for people enroled in a job, serious internship, serious academic enrolment or similar activity since we leave home mornings and return in the evening (so we heat lower during the day in the weekdays when its supposed that no one is at home). Eastern European background is more then welcome but not a condition! Cheese lovers too (French Swiss are great too!)! :)
Interest for world issues, cinema, traveling or board games would be nice too, but is not a "must".
One flatmate (german-polish, speaks russian too) works as a translator in a Software Company (she likes borad games) and the other is working with international relations and doing volunteer work for an NGO that provides Scholarships.
PLEASE: We dont have much free time to show the room to everyone who writes 2-3 lines, so please read this add carefully, ***write about yourself****. Many people get upset because they write us four sentences and wonder why they dont get an answer....And when you write us, please dont write just "I am open, easy going and enjoy drinking a cup of wine on winter nights with flatmates. Thats alla about me, when can I see the room?"...everyone writes that....

Poszukujemy wspóloktorki do naszego WG w samym centrum Prenzlauer Berg. Pokój jest możliwy do wynajęcia od początku listopad. Jeśli więc szukasz czystego i spokojnego miejsca
do mieszkania w bardzo korzystnej lokalizacji, to z pewnością jest to oferta dla Ciebie. Preferujemy żebyś była osobą pracującą, robiącą staż lub doktorat.
W mieszkaniu znajduje się wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Dla nas ważne jest wzajemnie poszanowanie siebie nawzajem. Mieszkanie dla nas to miejsce, gdzie możemy odpocząć
i koncentrować się na rzeczach, które nas interesują. Oczywiście to nie oznacza, że nie spędzamy ze sobą czasu : )
Chcielibyśy również poinformować, że w naszym mieszkaniu nie wolno palić. Mamy też pewne ograniczenia co do ogrzewania, dlatego prosimy o zapoznanie się z detalami w wersji anglojęzcznej.

Metro U2 just in front of your door. SBahn (Ringbahn) 10 walking distance. 3 Tram lines stop 3 minutes away. Very good connected! 21 Cinemas in less then 10 minutes walking distance. 6 Minutes by Metro to Alexander Platz, 17 to Potsdamer Plaz and 26 to Zoologischer Garten (The Three centers of Berlin). 17 Minutes with Tram to Friedrichstrasse and Humboldt University, 20 minutes by tram to Kreuzberg, 15 Minutes by tram to Friedrichshain, 8 minutes walking to Wedding.
