Small cozy room in a big flat with a big living room. The flat is located in a very central location, at Senefelderplatz with the U2 and tram in 2 mins walk and really nice restaurants and bars to explore in the area.
The room is small, although you can store all of your stuff outside of the room and chill or work in the living room.
We are a 5 people international WG, ages 24-29 years old that we enjoy living together, cook and watch movies in the projector in the living room occasionally. We are looking for someone to join our little flat share for a while that is easygoing, likes living with other people and can commit to the cleaning schedule.

Public transport: The next Metro (U2 Senefelderplatz) is only 2 minutes walking distance. Alexanderplatz is only 15min walking distance or 4 minutes by metro.
Bicycle parking is possible in front of the house and in the backyard.
Area: Every Thursday and Saturday there is a sweet little farmers market just
around the corner in "Koliwtzstraße". The area has several nice cafes and bars in walking distance, yoga studios, gyms, and parks (Mauerpark; Volkspark friedrichshain).
Supermarket: REWE 5 min, Lidl 7min, LPG Bio Market 1min
We are a young, open-minded, caring and creative flat-sharing community (between 22 and 27 years, doing painting, theatre, design…). We also work different jobs/study so we are at times more busy than others. We like to spend time together, going for walks, watching the sunset at Mauerpark or watching movies. We keep the flat share clean (once a week we clean it) and comfortable (screen, plants, library) and we all get along very well.
Open communication and respect is very important to us.
We try to avoid cooking too much non-vegetarian things in the flat.
We speak English, German and French.
