We are renting out one room in our beautiful apartment in Pappelallee until 30.08.2023 :) (end date can be negotiated)
Longer rent period would also be possible, after we have met and assuming that everything worked fine during the first month.
A call/video-call to meet each other is desired.
The room is meant to be occupied by one person only.
The room and apartment is fully furnished and has all the basic equipment necessary to live: kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, bed for two (you have to bring your own bedding and pillows), large closet, washing machine, comfortable living room with sofa, washing machine, bathroom with shower and tub (you have to bring your own towels).
The apartment is situated right among all things you would need during your short stay at this corner. Pappelallee itself is a chilled shopping and dining street where you can find restaurants of all kinds, cafés, ice cream shops, and grocery stores, all within 5 minutes of walking. In the same amount of time, you can also find yourself arriving at Mauerpark, a wonderful park to go for a run in the morning, have a grill or picnic, or just stroll through and feel the pulse of the city at night. Right next to Mauerpark, and equally close to the apartment, lays Friedrich Ludwig Jahn Sportpark. Here you will find a 400m running track and a calisthenics park among other things - it has worked as a big motivation for us to get out and move more! ;)
The U2, M1, M12, and M10 have stations almost right outside the door (Eberswalderstrasse). Monbijou Park e.g. is a 10min bike ride away, and Tempelhofer Feld can be reached in about 20min.
Formal conditions:
- No Anmeldung possible.
- Schufa (jetzt beantragen) (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunft should be positive
- Proof of stable monthly income (contract, Gehaltsabrechnungen, incoming transactions to your personal bank account; income should be at least 3 times the monthly rental price)
- Apartment has to be clean at delivery (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room)
- You would need your own towels and bedsheets.

A nice, open, friendly living together is desired.
It would be nice to share some activities together, like cooking, watching a film, making an excursion to nature, or going out for a glas of wine or a beer.
